特集テーマ：「様々な英語の音声と音韻」
Phonetics and Phonology of Varieties of English

英語の多様化が研究の対象となって久しい。この特集では、外国語としての英語ではなく、伝統的な英語圏ではないが英語が公用語として使われている国の英語（例えば東南アジア、インドやその周辺、大洋州、アフリカ、カリブ海など）の音声・音韻や、それらの英語に関する論文や研究ノートを募集します。

In this special issue, we welcome original research papers and notes related to “phonetics and phonology of varieties of English”. “Varieties of English” means English in countries and areas where it was not a traditional local language but has been used as an official language: such as in South East Asia, Indian sub-continent, Pacific Islands, Africa, Caribbean Islands. It does not mean English as a foreign language. We welcome studies on the phonetic and phonological characteristics of these varieties of English and also other research based on these varieties.
