Participation fee is 1000 yen for students (undergraduate/graduate), 2000 yen for members, and 3000 yen for non-members except students. Students of undergraduate and graduate schools must show their student ID at registration.
※The workshop and public lectures are open to all.

 Starting this meeting, proceedings are available only electronically. Proceedings in USB and hardcopy formats are not available. Proceedings will be made public on PSJ MyPage prior to the meeting. Please download /print out as necessary.
◇Membership registration
 If you wish to become a member, please register at the registration booth. The PSJ Administrative Office will contact you soon. 
◇Party
 The party will be held on Day 1 (Saturday, September 30, 6:15pm) at the Exhibition Hall (2nd floor, Building 2, Faculty of Engineering). Registered attendees’ fee is 5000 yen (3000 yen for student members). Please make a reservation via website by September 22nd:reservation form. Fee will be 5500 yen (3500 yen for student members) after September 22nd.

 The venue will not provide lunches. There are restaurants and convenience stores around the campus.
◇Nursery room
  The nursery room is available during the convention with the cooperation of the venue. Participants with small children are encouraged to use this system. The nursery room is free of charge, but reservation is necessary. Please see the following website for details.
